Dunk Man (working title) (“Program”)
To be considered for this show, you must fill out this application honestly, accurately, completely, and to the best of your ability. Failure to do so may result in your immediate dismissal from the participant selection process. Applications that are incomplete will not be accepted. Even if you meet the below Eligibility Requirements, you understand that Producer has no obligation to interview me, and/or select me as a participant and even if I am selected as a participant, Producer has no obligation to produce the Program or exhibit it, even if produced. All decisions of Producer concerning selection of the participants are final and not subject to challenge or appeal. Producer has no obligation to return any materials submitted by me as part of the Participant Application whether or not I am selected as a participant.
Note: Throughout this application, you will be asked for contact information for various people. By listing a person, you are granting us permission to contact that person as a reference, as a means of contacting you, or as a means of obtaining additional information about you.
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be a legal resident of the United States.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You represent and warrant that you are in good health and capable of participating in strenuous athletic activities.
- If selected, you must be available to participate in the competition scheduled to take place in Atlanta, GA, USA; mid- September, 2025 (specific locations, dates and times TBD). Please go to DunkManCasting.com to check for updated schedules and location information (all dates are subject to change in Producer’s sole discretion).
- You must submit a recent, clear digital photo of yourself and a recent VIDEO with your application. Your video must be 1-2 minutes in length. Please see the video specification at the end of this application for more details.
- Neither you, nor any member your immediate family (i.e., spouse, parents, children, siblings or “step” relatives) nor anyone living in your household (whether related to me or not) is, nor has been within the past one (1) year, an employee, officer or director (excluding interns or other short-term independent contractors) of:
- Attack Productions, Inc. (“Producer”), A. Smith & Co. Productions, LP, Jersey Legends Productions, LLC, Authentic Brands Group, LLC, or any other person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution or other exploitation of the Program or any variation thereof;
- Any network or platform authorized to exhibit the Program including Turner Entertainment Networks, Inc., Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., Warner Brothers Discovery, Inc. (“Network") or any of their respective licensees, assigns, parents, or affiliated or subsidiary companies, or any division or agent of any one of them; or
- Any person or entity supplying goods, services or prizes (as applicable) to the Program.
- You must not have been convicted of a felony in the past ten (10) years (unless expunged).
- You must be free of any and all holding or exclusivity agreements with other audiovisual programs.
- You must voluntarily submit to a background check (if requested).
Attack Productions, Inc. (“Producer”) has the right to modify the above eligibility requirements at any time without notice.
